DLF's FAQ of 28 September 2026 names the legal promoter as Westpark Developers Private Limited, formerly Pegeen Builders & Developers Private Limited. Some older DLF material still shows the former name.

- The promoter name on the MahaRERA record (PR1181012500079)
- The name on your agreement
- The beneficiary on your payment instructions
If they do not line up, ask for the name-change documents and have them checked.
Choose the flat, not just the brand
DLF's reputation is one input. Then come the tower, floor, carpet area and layout. Which way do the bedrooms face? How much usable storage is there? Does the balcony suit your routine, and does the kitchen work with the utility area? A bigger headline area does not automatically make a better home.
Get a full cost sheet. Separate the flat's price from other charges and deposits, and ask which amounts can change. Read the possession commitment and which amenities belong to your phase.
