Sentiment in Vile Parle West is steady and end-user driven:

• Demand comes mainly from families and professionals who want to stay in the area, not from short-term investors.
• New supply is limited and comes from redevelopment, mostly along SV Road and the quieter interior roads.
• Metro Line 2B and the JVPD flyover will improve access over the next few years.

Overall: a stable, practical market where the right building and possession date matter more than timing the market.
