- What exactly is on offer? Tower, flat, carpet area and registered phase. A general brochure is not a unit-specific offer.
- Where does the money go? Booking payments go to the promoter's account, confirmed directly with the promoter — never to an agent's personal account.
- What else should I consider? A good adviser explains the full cost, the documents, construction status and competing projects — not just arranges a car to the sales office.
The practical takeaway
Choose an agent for clear documents and an honest comparison of your options. A claimed "Westpark office" or a logo on a forwarded brochure is not proof of authority.
