DLF is not coming to Mumbai — it is already here. Its first Mumbai project, The Westpark, launched in Andheri West in July 2025, and all 416 homes in the first four towers sold for over ₹2,300 crore. The real questions for a buyer now are where exactly it is, what is registered, and what is still only planned.
Where The Westpark is
The Westpark sits just off Link Road in Andheri West, developed by DLF with Trident Realty. Lokhandwala, Oshiwara and Versova are all part of the same belt, but they are separate neighbourhoods — being "in Andheri West" does not make every destination equally close.
Use the developer's site location for directions, not an unofficial map pin. Then drive your actual daily route — to work, to Andheri station, to the Western Express Highway — at the hour you would normally travel. A short distance on the map can still be a slow journey.

What DLF has said about the future
On its May 2026 earnings call, DLF spoke of a total pipeline of over 5 million sq ft at The Westpark. In August 2026 it said the next Mumbai launch should come within this financial year, and that it is exploring further opportunities in the city.
That is a pipeline, not a launch. DLF's investor material does not yet name another Mumbai residential project. Each new Westpark phase needs its own MahaRERA registration before anyone can advertise it, take bookings or collect money.
What buyers should take from it
DLF's arrival adds a large national developer to the western suburbs. The sell-out shows strong launch demand; it does not guarantee future appreciation. In Mumbai, the building, carpet area, access road, construction progress and agreement terms still matter more than the brand on the gate.

If you are considering DLF, work with the registered phase, not the next announcement. Check the unit's MahaRERA registration, carpet area, all-in cost and possession terms, and compare it with other registered Andheri West projects before you decide.
